This is only a matter of preference but I was not a fan of the pillows in the room!

Our only recommendation would be to add some nice mattress toppers to the beds as they are *extremely* firm.

Everything! We had a 2-bedroom presidential pool villa with jacuzzi and rice terrace for one whole week and it was far and away the best place we have EVER stayed in Bali, after many trips where we always visit multiple hotels/resorts/villas. The service, the food, the views, the villa itself….absolutely incredible!

We didn’t stay longer.

We had an exceptional stay here, the staff were very attentive and friendly to our two kids. The suite was luxurious with private infinity pool offering views to the rice fields over the valley. The restaurant breakfasts and dinners were good and the morning walk to the rice fields was also worth a look, overall we had a great stay.

Not the hotel fault, but Ubud roads are very narrow, we like to walk but is impossible to feel safe doing it around this area, so you had to move in taxi.

Hotel is very boutique style, small number of rooms so you feel special. Staff will quickly recognize you and made your stay unique for you and your family. They will made special efforts to made you feel welcome, like making sure you don't miss the afternoon tea if you are in the hotel pool, prepare the bedroom for sleeping when you go out for dinner, dimming the lights and slightly changing the pillows and bed arrangement, providing some samples of traditional food so you test the flavors before committing to ordering a whole main course.

For a place like this, it is crazy that the restaurant doesn't have real vegan options. There are in town great places for eating vegan, indonesian and other cusines. They could learn from them. The ingriendients already are there, is just about yo learn some vegan dishes

Amazing view. Super friendly stuff. The facilities were great! Breakfast was very nice with plenty of stuff (no buffet). Our room was ver spacious. We got an upgrade to a room with a swingpool it was simply amazing. Love the stay here, and I would always recommend this place!

It was an exceptionally wonderful experience. The house with its own pool was beautiful. In the middle of the jungle. We had an excursion of several hours with a driver from the hotel (name "Apple"). He did a marvellous job (temples, rice fields and coffee cultivation). We also had a two-hour cookery course which was unique. All in all, a perfect stay.

Incredible views from the pool and restaurant, beautiful calm vibe, attentive and friendly service without being overbearing, and super comfortable room - especially given our surprise upgrade to a pool villa! This was much appreciated! We both had massages too, and they were excellent. Would have loved to have stayed longer.

We had a room with own pool, it was very nice. Clean and large bathroom. Our roomprice was included a massage that was also good way to relax after a day to driving around ubud. Location is few kilometers away from to ubud center and that is only a good thing! There is peacefull and guiet. Wery kind and helpfull staff at the hotel
