Beautiful location. Walking distance to many historic places from Tower Bridge, London Tower, London Bridge, Monument, and St. Catherines's Docks. Most importantly, it is 10 feet away from the Metro (Subway) station. The room was spacious, full of amenities. Even there was a dishwasher in the room. Definitely would stay again.

About the only negative is the bathroom/shower, simply because there is no fan, room fogs up quite quickly, but actual shower and bathroom are fine.

Great location, close proximity to underground station. Breakfast was fantastic, many options. Restaurant on site also offers a nice dinner. Good service from every team member who looked after us.

You don’t get to cancel your pre-booked breakfast and we were not told about this when making a reservation.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. We were traveling with my parents to celebrate my sister’s wedding. Our booking with another guesthouse was cancelled last minute and we had to find another hotel the exact same day we needed to check in. The staff in the front desk Kesar was wonderful and provided the best service. She kindly upgraded one of our room so that my mom can do laundry. Only 5 minutes conversation sweeps away the anxiety and worries of the whole last minute cancel drama. Frank was also helpful he carried our luggage to our room and recommended great hidden Asian restaurants for my parents. All the amazing services wonderfully concluded our trip and we were very pleased and glad that we stayed with this hotel.

If our rooms were next to each other or at least on the same level! A family of five, and we were split up on 2 different floors. It’s a shame, as we requested when booking to be close to each other!

Amazing place! Staff was very friendly, the rooms were amazing, clean, spacious and beds were comfortable. Totally would recommend and will stay here in the future. Thank you for a great place to stay!

Impossible to work out the light switches. Never did manage to switch off those night lights! Labels on switches just didn’t match! Funny and not in anyway a deal breaker

Needed maintenance on Cooktown and drier, but then ok.

The price is a bit expensive, but I can understand it due to the location.

Location is great! It's just few steps from the subway and you can connect to anywhere in London. The room was super clean and well maintained. The staff from the hotel are very friendly and willing to help the guests.

The floor in the room could have used with a bit of mopping (it just happened to be rather dusty)… The balcony doors weren’t opening (and although I assume the invoked reason would be security, it would actually be useful if opening them were possible)…

If I’m to be very picky.. a steam room/sauna would have been the icing on a dream cake.

Ugraded our room and it was absolutely beautiful! Clean, immaculate, huge and very well planned. Definitely will stay again as I loved every second of this experience. Perfect, thank you tower suites!

Auto traffic was loud when window was open, but there were probably room not facing the major intersection that are quieter. I needed extra hangers.

This hotel is a gem! First, the rooms are twice the size of some other hotel rooms for less cost (hint, Booking.com is the only site that shows room size). We had a room that was a bit over 300sf and had 2 beds, a small kitchenette w/table. Plenty of closet space. Windows open a bit, very quiet inside - didn’t hear anyone in the hallway etc. Plenty of hot water in the shower. Clean, comfortable, nice staff. Plenty of usb plugs close to beds to handle all your devises. Hotel restaurant offer full breakfast buffet (it was adequate) but at night it was an Italian restaurant that was really good food. Had a nice little bar as well. Close to tube station, was around a corner so you didn’t see /hear the tube traffic. Would stay here again and would recommend it.

The bed was a little hard but we asked for a mattress topper which was provided.

Our room had facilities including a kitchenette and washer/dryer and the full breakfast included in the price was excellent. The staff would go out of their way to assist in any way they could. The hotel location next to the Tower of London was great and the hop on hop off bus stop was right outside our door.

The suites were large and very comfortable. We loved the kitchenette they thought of everything including washer/dryer and dishwasher. The bathroom was large with a great shower. Breakfast was the best we have had in a while. We will definitely be back!
