I loved everything about the hotel. From the time I checked in to the time I checked out. I asked for an upgrade and got an Executive room and was able to use the Executive Lounge which was really handy during my stay. The bed was comfortable and room quiet. The staff couldn’t be more accommodating. I loved the breakfast as well. I will be coming back to stay as I work in London. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Unfortunately I had an issue with our Double Deluxe room due to noise vibration from the piped music circulating around the hotel ceilings which was set to carry on into the early hours of the morning. I did have to raise this with reception and I was offered another room in a much quieter part of the hotel although this meant going back to an Executive room. However the matter was dealt with in a very professional manner and the room we transferred to was very satisfactory. On a personal note my wife and I both found the pillows on the bed to be very hard.

Before arrival I had requested online for an upgrade to Executive Room at the discounted offer of £80 for 2 nights. When we arrived at reception to my surprise the room was further upgraded to a Deluxe Double for the same price of £80 and was handled excellently by the very helpful and kind gentleman at reception.

No longer beds in the spa, but didn’t really matter as a large pool fab jacuzzi and 2 steam rooms and saunas so no need for lounging x

Service was top notch. They attended to every need we had. Very clean rooms and common areas. Serena was especially nice to give us late check out for free as our flight was in the evening. Concierge/ valet was extremely nice too, trying to find us a taxi, in the rain, when we were very tight on time and our bolt capriciously just deleted our ride and turned away.

This is a great hotel. All the staff were very helpful and friendly and professional. We were offered an upgrade at a very reasonable price and were delighted with the room and the club lounge. The rooms are very quiet even with a lot of guests staying. We will definitely stay here again.

The spa area is a little confusing to navigate but the spa is helpful to explain where everything.

Beautiful location and view from the bar on the 7th floor. The interiors are lovely - airy and clean and with lots of natural materials.

Conflict between the bathroom door and main door. Judging by the gouges in the panels; a recurring problem. The vis-à-vis was on an office building just about 10 meters away that had a prime view on the room. It would have been nice to have curtains that let through the light but obscured their view into the room.

Room was up to expectations, compact but comfortable. Breakfast was great, and although I didn't have time to use it, the terrace bar was very freindly looking. The access to the spa was nice, just to relax in the sauna or steam room after a heavy day was much appreciated.

Although the breakfast was good and tasty, the breakfast experience did not reach the level of the rest of our stay. It felt a little bit “canteen-ish” which was not in keeping with the rest of our experience.

Nice ambience, airy, clean and tidy. Staff were attentive and pleasant. Location worked for us. Enjoyed the rooftop bar experience.
