Clean, comfortable with all the little extras. It felt luxurious from start to finish and the staff made it so personal. The facilities were some of the best I've ever experienced and the Muai Thai theme was unique and applied perfectly.

I appreciated the polite staff and the relatively low price for accommodation. These aspects were consistent with my previous experience at another location of the same hotel chain, which had set my expectations high.

Unfortunately, the room cleanliness did not meet my expectations. There were cobwebs in the corners and on the ceiling, which was disappointing. Additionally, the breakfast experience was severely lacking, as I suffered from food poisoning after consuming the "kokotel breakfast" with scrambled eggs, sausages, and orange juice. This was my only meal that day, and it resulted in a fever and vomiting, significantly impacting my trip and requiring two days to recover.

The location, the beach, the garden and the pool are very beautiful and wel maintainned. We enjoyed the view and the relaxed island vibe.

The rooms are ok, not great. But overall: overpriced. For this price I expect more comfort, better airco, better beds for example. It is a bit outdated. Furthermore we booked a snorkeling tour at the resort: we paid a lot (12.000 bht) were not informed that it included a visit at a turtle sanctuary without snorkeling. Only at the next spot, after three hours on a bumpy sea we were able to see some fish. We felt cheated.
