Breakfast was not the greatest, minimal variety of hot items

Location was good and I liked that it was a newer hotel, nice bathroom. Despite it being busy with hockey teams, it was quiet.

When will hotels update their in-room charging facilities? Many hotels only have plug-in old style connections and no USB connectors. These NEED to be update for travelers who need to charge their phones.

Great location, good value for the price. Several decent restaurants are within walking distance. Very clean accommodations, rooms are quiet and a good size. Provided breakfast was good, small but good.

Breakfast was a mix of hot and cold items and was decent. I always choose hotels with a warm breakfast either for work or vacation since it really saves time in the morning getting to your destination. The staff were excellent and friendly. No complaints.

I didn’t like the cleaning, we went out all day and when we came back, we had the same sheets and blanket. The bed was still messy, it was no cleaning this day. Besides, there was stains on the curtains and on some sheets, I understand that stains don't come off in the wash, but the least you can do is throw them away and not reuse them. It’s cheap for customers. otherwise everything is good

The windows were dirty, inside and outside. There was a pool, but no hot tub.

When we checked in, the TV didn't work and we got an upgrade without asking. Staff were cheerful and friendly.

We're two disappointing things were the breakfast. There was no oatmeal, very little and no frozen fruits. The bread was very plain, even the whole wheat bread. The gym was not great. There were very few tiny weights, two weights of 5 pounds and only one weight of 10 pounds, and I can’t remember if they had 15 or it skipped to 20, but they should be restuck at most minuscule two consequences for each. Other than it was a great place to stay.

Breakfast was very good, variety of items, staff was attentive and did a great job. Check in and check out was quick and I liked how an itemized receipt was emailed to us. The location is handy to shops and restaurants and we especially liked the quietness even though the hotel is on a main street. We liked everything.

it’s not the worst thing, as we’re pretty private, but to get coffee in the room, you have to go down to the front desk and ask for extra, or for more every day. they don’t restock daily. Also not a fan of having to pay 5$ a day to connect to wifi for extra devices.

location was convenient, as we were visiting my parents who live nearby. room was comfortable, and pretty quiet.

The key cards did not work at first so hubby had to go back to the front desk. The fridge in our room was not working but we had already brought all our stuff in so didn't want to change rooms anymore. Everything else was good.

It was clean. The bed was comfortable and had enough pillows. Furnishing had a modern look and I really like that their shampoo and such come in big bottles attached to the shower wall. Very environmentally conscious and you get to have enough to use. They serve a lovely delicious breakfast. The pool was fun for the kids especially the slide and big enough to swim around in. I like that they have a late check out. It gave the kids enough time to play in the pool.

one complain the washroom lights were far too low.. it was very hard to see to put make up on.

Rarely saw any front desk staff after check in. The water pressure in the shower was weak.

Great modular furnishings with desk/table, stool and chair. Good for a game or a meal.
