We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Netherlandswe wished there was a microwave in our room just like our previous stay in January.
Staff was accommodating and friendly enough. We did not pay for breakfast because we want to stay longer in bed in the daytime, and that suits us well. The location of the hotel is definitely great because its right across a mall and that is very convenient. The television was not working and we have a personnel checked it,after that,it all worked out fine.

This was not communicated earlier although I sent a message through my booking in booking.com and I recieved a message that this will be sorted out. It was good, but I didn’t like that the staff are not giving us time to pay for any service they couldnt wait until checkout to finalize the extra bed and small things they knock middle of the night for the payment. This was disturbing for the kids.

United Arab EmiratesI would have really liked if the hot tub/jacuzzi was actually hot. The water was warm, but not in a way that would make it an enjoyable "hot" tub. I spoke to the staff at the spa that the water was not hot enough and she said the water temperature was good enough. It wasn't. There wasn't even steam coming out of it. I also noticed that the hot tub had some light brown stains on the inside of it. It needs to be cleaned and scrubbed more thoroughly with good cleaning products to melt off all the grease.
I really liked the amenities such as the swimming pool, sauna, great shower rooms and the steam room. The hotel room was also spacious and I love the way the bathroom was designed.

Netherlandsbuffet breakfast was not part of the room, so we have to pay that separately. and the buffet breakfast was a big pricey.
room was great. We had a big bed, very comfortable. The toilet and bathroom was also huge. The hotel is situated across a major shopping center or mall and that is a huge advantage. We paid for the hotel's buffet breakfast. It was an "ok" breakfast deal.

Well located for Al Ain Mall which is literally 50m across the road. Breakfast buffet very good with a wide variety of cuisines. Plenty of underground parking spaces even for larger SUV's.
