How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The shower/bathtub is just open to the room and can be closed off with just a curtain. If traveling with friends or family, there is barely any privacy when showering. At least the toilet has a door that can be closed.

We stayed from Wednesday to Saturday, the first two nights were perfect, but the last night was a weekend and we couldn’t sleep from the music of the monkey bar at the roof top, they didnt stop until 3 am!
Everything was great, location of the hotel, the service, the room, I would definitely stay here again.

This year administration decided to open a night club on the roof and it was a disaster. Every night you cannot sleep due to loud music. Last year it was fanatic stay, that’s why I decided to stay again. But this year 😬

Great location, across from the museum of the future and close to the metro. A funky hotel with a fun German beer garden, a nice bar, a restaurant and a lovely pool with a great view! The rooms are lovely as well! The staff is amazing:)

For breakfast we've requested a table with a sofa and they've told us they were really busy and there were no tables free when in fact there were plenty of options to sit in a table with a sofa at the same moment. Even though they were in fact very busy they should be more empathetic with costumers.. Regardless, great breakfast options.
Great hotel! Funky and cool vibes everywhere! Friendly and available staff. A big thank you to Alessandra that welcomed us with such an amazing energy and made our stay so special. Hari, from maintenance was also so helpful, fixing some issues on the room immediately after the concerned was raised. Amenities as water and snacks were free and every day replaced in the mini bar. Amazing Gym.

The automatic control system in the room is operated through sensors, which are noisy and make very annoying noises with every movement. The dust cleaning on objects in the room absolutely needs to be reviewed.
The staff is absolutely very cordial, especially Mr. Dinesh. The hotel's design is very unique, definitely something to see and experience. Compliments.

Not enough sunbeds by the pool Too much shade at the pool, at this time of year it would be nice to have the option for the sunshine, maybe the shade can be added when it is hotter? I got a call on my last night asking me to rate the hotel which I thought was really strange. Let me at least check out before you seek feedback.

Part of the hotel on Friday and Saturday can't sleep till 3 because of the music. (Who decided to have such a level of music and parties in the hotel?) so I had to change the room. If you have music in the room - just go to reception and insist to change it and refund the 1 night cost.
Awesome design of the rooms (glass shower in the middle of the room looks nice) and hotel and coworking space / the zone for laptops on the first 2 floors. Very comfortable bed. Design of the hotel just makes you feel comfortable, loved it Very nice swimming pool with a view to the museum of the future, decent new gym with boxing and enough space for yoga.

I wish, I was informed there is music and partying till late hours of the night on Saturday, as for the Standard room facing the courtyard, you could hear everything - the music was loud

I don’t like the bathroom concept due to lack of privacy. If you stay alone it is not a problem.
Super convenient location. Metro station is 10 min walking from the hotel. There are nice cafes for breakfast around.

The staff was great, especially Jesi at the reception. The lobby looks amazing with a combination of modren and classic design. The location is amazing, right next to the Museum of the Future. Breakfast was fresh and served on time. Overall a great experience!
