A super nice hotel! We got a triple room with 3 twin beds and the room was larger than we expected. The accommodations were well stocked with toiletries and the shower room was heavenly! The staff is super kind and helpful and many speak English. There is lots to do around the hotel and it has easy access to Shinjuku station. Unfortunately, the Godzilla head viewing terrace is currently closed but the adjacent Godzilla cafe had really delicious coffee.

It was near 2 metro/subway stations and very near to different supermarkets. We could also leave our luggage before checkin at the reception so we didnt have to wait whole day.

Pleasant hotel, comfortable good sized room and comfortable bed. Clean. Clearly a business hotel, so not as touristy but still with good subway access via Shiodome and Shimbashi. Local eateries in the subway, but a bit quiet at the weekend. Staff helpful and staff there 24/7 for check-in in the early hours.

The customer service was very good. The room was very quiet and clean. The bathroom was very good. We liked the onsen. The hotel is just 50 metres from the subway. We appreciated being able to leave our cases at reception before checkin and again at the end.

The area around the hotel is nice and peaceful with a nearby park. It's next to a metro station so easy to get around. Onsen was nice. Breakfast was ok.
