They listened patiently to my complaint that the upgrade to a lateral sea view didnt meet my expectation and upgraded me to a better room when it became available along with a complimentary cava Great location and surroundings.Buffet was good. We stayed in room 812 10/4/24 to 24/4/24 we had lovely views of the sea and mountains and lovely sunshine in the evening which I requested. Our room was lovely and clean the staff cleaned every day and changed our towels and any toiletries required. Thank You.
