The staff was very nice, and they gave us a gift due to it being our anniversary, which was very sweet! The pool was also clean and at a great temperature 10/10

I have been staying at other expensive hotels in Houston at least twice a week, but I wanted to experience something different. And I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. The prices were reasonable, the rooms were stunningly beautiful and impeccably clean. The location was convenient, and the customer service exceeded my expectations. I have never experienced such exceptional service before. This hotel has truly surpassed all my expectations. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience, and please continue to maintain the same level of excellence.

I love the location, the staff attitude is outstanding and super efficient. it’s clean, connected with THE GALLERIA MALL. the beds are delicious, the size of the rooms and beds are just wow! simply PERFECT!

Situé à 3 minutes en voiture du centre commercial Memorial City Mall à Houston, cet hôtel dispose d'une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite et d'une piscine extérieure. The location was central to every attraction my wife and I were trying to go to. Very close to Galleria Mall, Benihana's, Kroger, etc.

The manager got involved in my check in. I had the wrong weekend checked on the reservations calendar online. She secured a room with a comparable price and allowed me to stay. It would have been terrible to look for another hotel at that time of night. Kuddos to the night manager. I asked her name but I can't remember it. She was so professional and courteous.

In the centre of Houston's Galleria area, this hotel features spacious rooms and suites with a flat-screen cable TV. It offers an outdoor pool and fitness centre. everything the room was clean and had lots of space. omg the bed was so comfortable I slept like a baby. it was quiet and peaceful
