Attractively situated in Hamburg, The Cloud One Hamburg-Kontorhaus features air-conditioned rooms, a terrace, free WiFi and a bar. Loistava sijainti ja kaunis hotelli. Huone oli siisti ja toimiva. Sänky mukava. Aamupalaa emme ottaneet koska 24€/henkilö tuntui hieman kovalta hinnalta siihen nähden kuinka vähän aamuisin syömme. Voisin palata tähän hotelliin- jäi miellyttävä kokemus.

The service was exceptional. Justina and her colleague Fabian made us feel welcome and was very helpful and professional. The location is excellent. While in the Old Town section, the S-Baun stop is literally across the street. It is two stops to the main rail station and two stops the other direction for the harbor which is the hub for many tourist attractions. Less than a block behind the hotel are two good restaurants. The hotel itself has a lavish formal resturant. The hotel is like a palace inside and out, being an adaption of a government building from the early 1900s. No two guest rooms are alike and have unique layouts and designs. The room included a combined washer/dryer in addition to a free laundry room. The tasteful sauna includes a changing room, cool-down relaxation room, and gym. When you take into account all the free extras, service, location, and architecture, it was well worth any slight premium.

Room was very cozy with super comfy bed, eccellent shower and tasteful decoraration. Absolutely delighted with every details.

The location with its proximity to the main train station, downtown (e.g. Mönckebergstraße 5 minutes), the Alster and lots of the tourist attractions is fabulous! We walked everywhere. The room was very spacious and had an interesting modern decor. The beds were super comfy! Breakfast was included and had a wonderful variety including local specialties. All the staff were super nice, welcoming and very helpful. We loved our stay!

Ideally located in Hamburg, Novotel Hamburg Central Station offers air-conditioned rooms, a fitness centre, free WiFi and a restaurant. I loved staying in this hotel. The personnel was super friendly and the safety in the hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was beautiful and cozy. And You don't hear the neighbors or elevator - this makes the relaxing experience even better.
