Room - the ceiling toilet light went out; originally we thought why the bathroom is so dark, the next day we found there were a ceiling light out. We didn't report that, and observed Housekeeping didn't make any changes during our entire stay.
Breakfast - we only went for 2-3 times during our stay. The waffle machine was very popular, got to use it on the last breakfast of our stay, but the waffle mix dispensers were quite stuck, and the signal went out, I made decisions of when to turn, so the output was so-so.
Clean - I find fine hair on the bathroom floor when we checked in, could have done a better job. Forgot to clean/ change towels even I put them on the floor. The towels seems a bit too old, can let them retire.

Mini fridge was "warm". Could not keep drinks cold.
Mini fridge was "warm". Could not keep drinks cold. Water pressure in shower was weak and unstable. Need to pay $10 extra for parking.
On the other hand, suite is spacious and clean. Staff are generally friendly.

My favourite place was the shopping malls and less than 2 mins work to the bus stop. There were various restaurants. So I eat at McDonald's and a Chinese restaurant. Yes, it was so easy to move around from the near bus stop is less than 2mins walks to less than 15mins walk to various shops in Markham.

Overall, it was fine.
Overall, it was fine. It fulfills the need for a comfortable place to stay. And the meal I had from the restaurant was tasty.
I didn't check out the pool and sauna, so I can't speak about those.
The room was comfortable but dated and the hallway leading to the rooms on my floor are very dimly lit.
The location seems off the beaten path, but it's close to the highway and quiet.
If your looking for a reasonably priced place to stay, and you don't have lofty expectations, this hotel will do you.

Dirty room with dog hair all over the furniture, clearly this room was not cleaned adequately. Wiped everything down with Lysol wipes. No fresh towels were given and garbages were not emptied, especially the ones by the elevators, which one of two was out of service, where people disposed of their dog’s waste. The hall smelled like a dirty washroom. Charged for parking and my car was stolen the first night. They ‘graciously’ waved the parking…..for my stolen car. Worst stay I have ever experienced.

Your hotel is in desperate need of a total makeover...
Your hotel is in desperate need of a total makeover including the staff. Furnishings are Overused and the bed frame was filthy with God knows what all over it. Chairs are at least 20 years old And the carpets were horrifying. Your housekeeping staff looks grossly overworked ( No fault of theirs). Positive points for your updated bathrooms. There is no evidence of security in the evening hours and we made sure we did not leave our room after dark.

fire alarm went off during the night with no explanation,...
fire alarm went off during the night with no explanation, kept going off for 1/2 an hour. never told to go back to room. had trouble sleeping after that when WE decided to go back to bed. I had to do a rally the next day and it was tough with no sleep. they would not do anything about the ignorance because we used booking.com
The staff was wonderful - we were delayed in arriving as a result of the DVP being closed completely (major accident), and called the hotel to advise them we would likely just make the midnight front desk working hours, and the young lady working there was friendly, helpful and professional and assured us she would be expecting us. The check-out staff turned out to be the same personable professional as we normally see there on the weekends - he was helpful, courteous and friendly - very pleasant. The room was spotless!
The modern decor, pool, gym, mini fridge in room, 4 minutes away from Toronto transit that runs frequently and the highway is 1 minute away, Tim Hortons, 2 major banks close by, quiet area, friendly and accommodating staff and it is quiet. Strong WIFI. A/C works well. Can hook up laptop to TV with HDMI cable to watch Netflix and Prime TV. Secure access to my floor (need room card to use elevator).
My partner and I spent a weekend at the Hilton Markham and had a wonderful experience. The place was clean and spotless; we got a beautifully furnished suite with a full kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms with marble counters and large windows for a very affordable price; and the service at the front desk was impeccable. Highly recommend this place for anyone needing a stay in the area.
The location is good. Markham has quite a restaurants selection. It has parking. That's pretty much it. It wasn't that expensive. Less than 200$/night (don't know the prices in the province but the hotels near downtown were way too expensive) but you're 30 mins away from downtown by car though. In short, it was okay but there was nothing impressive.
I had a wonderful stay at Extended Stays Home in Markham, Ontario. The cleanliness of the facilities was impressive, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The quiet surroundings added to the overall tranquility, and having a friendly roommate enhanced the experience. Highly recommend for a peaceful and welcoming extended stay!
Check-in went smoothly.
Room layout was unique and everything was clean and in working order.
For the most part it was quiet other than in the hallway once or twice.
Breakfast was great and we appreciated how late it runs.
One of the most comfortable hotel stays I've had in a while, thank you.
Always an amazing stay at Hilton, super luxurious, very clean, delicious room service and we were in a deluxe suite which was incredibly spacious! Despite a very busy weekend for the hotel itself with a few weddings going on, the service continued to impress and stay at its highest standard!
Great location for our destination. Impressed by large space and lovely decor. Upgraded our room and had studio. Breakfast buffet very adequate with friendly staff. First time with Monte Carlo inn Hotels and will return.
Location was great for us, direct and easy routes to get to other areas. We have used Monte Carlo for the past 7-8 years and they never disappoint. The restaurant is an added bonus, great food, service and staff.
The room was comfortable and had a full kitchen. This was great as we were there for a swim meet and were able to buy some pre-made meals from the Costco right beside the hotel and warm them up there for dinner.
Clean and quiet.Arounded by A shopping mall, several nice restaurants and many convenient facilities. Guys in front desk are very professional and warmhearted. It has special place to?park ultra size vehicles.
One of the cleanest places I've ever stayed at ! The staff what so so nice. The hotel is modern and there is daily parking if you decide to go by car. You should definitely stay here.
