Peschici is an amazing place to stay, with crystal clear sea, friendly people, lots of monuments, and options where to go on the trip like Tremiti islands or sea shore caves. The local cuisine is also amazing and very tasteful.

We visited the town in the evening and it was charming.
We visited the town in the evening and it was charming. The old town has typical Italian charm and the choice of restaurants was really good.
The town, the views are really pretty and worth a visit. I did not visit the many small stores but if you like the ceramic or local products there was plenty of choice.
Best to wear proper shoes as the old stones are typical and fit but not easy to walk.
Locals are friendly and foreign tourist were few. So it was very Italian and no so much tourist location.
We liked it a lot. We had dinner and drinks at a small place build into an original fortress tower (there is only one) and the staff was super friendly serving wonderful and reasonable priced food.

Lovely old town, but the newer part of town is also pleasant, they blend together much better than in Vieste in my opinion.
You don't need your car to get around within Peschici.
Perched on a cliff but you can walk down stair ways to the large expanse of beach which in low season was almost completely deserted. We were lucky with the weather.
It does take a while to drive here, on small windy roads, along the coast or through the beautiful Foresta Umbra (good hiking if you like that).
I don't doubt Peschici is a very lively and crowded place in high season.

The center of Peschici lies about 90m above sea.
The center of Peschici lies about 90m above sea. The view over the bay is magificent and the sunset even better. Even when the city is overcrowded during high season, you get around it. Some streets are closed after 6 p.m. so there is no traffic any more. There are a lot of good restaurants. The surrounding "Foresta umbra" (shadowy forest) is a great diversion to the all sandy beaches and caves of the Gargano penisnula. Keep in mind that you need time because of the narrow and curvy streets.

Perfect place for a day on the beach.
Perfect place for a day on the beach. Afterwards you can have a dinner at a simple pizza place that has the most gorgeous view to the sea and sunset. In every other place you'd pay extra for that, but not in Peschici.

Peschici itself is picturesque especially for the sunsets.
Peschici itself is picturesque especially for the sunsets. I would definitely recommend two restaurants: 'Eden' on the beach and 'The Grotto'. Both had excellent food and service and a beautiful view of the sunset. There are lots of restaurants up the hill in Peschici but we tended to stay near our hotel on the beach.
Perfect location directly at the beach with own sun lounger and umbrella. Very modern, clean and comfortable bed. Really a luxury room:-). Breakfast is selected from a broad menu the previous evening and served at the desired time directly to the room. Parking just 50m from room. The owner is very friendly and helpful with tipps for restaurants etc. Boat can be rented to discover the coast. Peschici town with a lot of nice restaurants and cafes can be reached via stairs just behind the house. Absolutely recommended.
Owner and family that run Residence Jolly are very kind and friendly hosts, and provided lots of suggestions for exploring the Gargano area. Was fantastic to have a pool and outdoor play space available when traveling with little kids. Nice to spend the morning by the pool with a cappuccino and cornetto with homemade preserves. We had a car so it was a great landing spot for day trips to different beaches between and around Peschici and Vieste.
The property was in a wonderful location overlooking Peschici bay - and we watched sunsets from the balcony. We walked i easily into the old town ( 10 mins) and down to the beach (10 mins)
Quiet location despite main road outside- but were we there in low season (April). There was free parking on road outside, but this would not have been free from 1 May.
We drove up to the national nature reserve in the forest and saw lots of wild orchids.
Great, very clean apartment with a large terrace overlooking the nearby Beach of Procinisco! - You might need a car to get to the various beaches and bays around Peschici. - The apartment has ample parking available. Walking into the village center is possible. Calculate about 15 min time. - The owner welcomed me personally with a complimentary bottle of wine!
Peschici is a wonderful place and the Hotel Sirena is well located in a quiet location near the beach. The beach facilities are much as usual for Italy, but the beach itself is particularly beautiful. A half hour walk takes you to the Peschici Centro Storico, which is very pleasant. The hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly.
Hosts lovely and welcoming despite language barrier.Bed comfortable and bathroom excellent.Kitchen small but well equipped. Nice sea view from terrace.Host organised parking right outside the house. Good location in new town and easy walk to old town Peschici and restaurants, etc
A very calm place and close to Peschici city. Without auto, it is difficult to move any place. Peschici beach is about 5km from the location.
For family, it is a wonderful place. Very cooperative staff.
family run hotel, the room was excellent, very good size, clean, simple with a touch of luxury. Very stylish, lovely setting with fantastic views. close to beach and town centre
Excellent position, closed to the beach and Peschici. Comfortable room, good breakfast, good staff. It was a little bit difficult parking the car. Because we booked in August,
Very nice family, good location, great breakfast in nice seating, comfortable, clean and modern rooms.
Its located nicely in the centre of Gargano, great beaches…
