My room has the view of the main piazza so perfect to see everybody’s whereabouts. The trattoria at the lobby serves the menu of the day and I had polenta al cinghiale for an early dinner. And they give a free breakfast ticket to the opposite coffee shop. The staff was commendable too.

The location is magnificent. Being based right in the corner of the Piazza you might expect it would be noisy but it isn’t. Once the crowds disappear at the end of the day if feels like you have the whole city to yourself. We loved eating in and dining on the terrace. The house is really well appointed to allow you to cook if you choose to. While our host couldn't speak English she gave really clear instructions on how to find the accommodation and welcomed us on arrival. Via google translate she was able to explain all of the features of the house. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have made all of our friends envious with our photos!

It is such a small town, that most people only spend a few hours there. As I came by train and bus, I chose to stay a night and enjoyed the quiet atmosphere as the sunset and the crowds left. The restaurant, Trattoria Bruschetteria La Cantina di Arianna, where I ate had a great choice on the menu and was a cosy place to eat.

Clean, comfortable, with breakfast, fruits, mineral water, coffee, tea, milk provided, only about 25-30 min. walk from Civita di Bagnoregio. The host was exceptionally kind, helped us unpack, showed us the parking lot and gave us a green card for free parking as well. (Even though he spoke only Italian, whilst we spoke English, we understood each other perfectly well and he was very patient). We arrived later than expected but the host Andrea waited for us to ensure we settled in which was very nice and much appreciated. We would definitely stay here again!

The swimming pool and hammock were a bonus. There is only one studio so no-one else is around. Leonardo is a great host.
