The owner (Ric) was very kind and helpful. Beautiful house, lovely rooms, very clean, felt safe, and instructions were very easy to follow. Mimi (the cat) is very gentle and sweet. She only has access to the kitchen and outside, unless you let her in to the rest of the house. Naturally, we loved her so we let her roam freely through the house (when there were no other guests around) and she even spent one of the nights with us! Honestly such a great stay and would so easily recommend and go back. For breakfast, you're a 3 minute walk from Proof Social Bakehouse (pricey but AMAZING pastries, check opening times on google maps), and 5 minutes to the bus stop to go to Abingdon or Oxford (about 15mins to get to either). First, we arrived late and we are glad that we have reception staff waiting for us even we change time 2 times. Second, when we try to setup charge our EV car, we got immediate respond even after 10:00pm in the evening, and apartment staff was so helpful to try to find our car charging cable. Hotel facilities are pretty much very new and well thought.

I was here for a week doing research in the Bodleian. Ample room, nice decor, everything worked well. Comfortable bed, decent shower for a UK shower. Hannah was extremely responsive. I felt safe as a single female traveler. Only 3 minutes to the grocery and not more than 8-15 min from everywhere in the city center. Will definitely stay again and recommend to my academic friends!
